Seniors Navigator

The Seniors Navigation project will be adapted from Ability NB’s model to help empower seniors living with mobility disabilities to live independent and meaningful lives. A person-centered approach will be used to identify goals, review possible supports and services, and develop plans in collaboration with the individual and their chosen support network. This project will focus on those age 55 years and older who live with various conditions including spinal cord injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, spina bifida, amputation, and other any other conditions that can impact mobility.
